2022-24 classifications: Enrollment number cutoffs

A list of proposed enrollment range cutoffs splits which are used to determine classifications in the 2022-24 two-year cycle. These numbers need to be approved by the Classification, League Organizing and Appeals Committee, and then by the Legislative Council.

Note that under bylaw 1500.21, teams are placed into classifications using a variety of factors, including — but not limited to — enrollment.
