Aspen won the school's first boys lacrosse championship on Friday evening by virtue of a 17-12 victory over Valor Christian in the Class 4A title game.
Schools from all five classifications, everyone from Idalia to Cherry Creek, come together at Jefferson County Stadium each year for the state track and field championships.
