Brielle Brady had 23 points and seven assists and three steals in leading Brighton girls basketball to a 60-33 win over Erie on Tuesday. Cassie Kaiser and Brittani Zink each added 10 points.
Fossil Ridge won its first two games at the state softball tournament by a combined score of 29-7. It now finds itself in the semifinals for the first time in school history.
