Good, solid seasons have not been uncommon for the Fruita Monument baseball team the past several years. What it's doing in 2015, however, is definitely out of the ordinary.
Tracy Renck has covered prep sports for 20 years in Alexandria, La., Hobbs, N.M. and The Pueblo Chieftain. Most recently, Renck worked at The Chieftain for 16 years. He now works as a media coordinator for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
