Buena Vista has taken over the top spot of the CHSAANow.com Class 1A football rankings following their 53-12 win over Centauri and former No. 1 Paonia's 35-0 loss against Bayfield.
A Colorado native, Dan Mohrmann has been involved in the Colorado media scene since his early days as a writer for CU's The Campus Press. He has served on the CHSAA Hall of Fame selection committee and is a current member of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame selection committee. Dan is also a contributing editor for Mile High Sports Magazine and also contributes to MaxPreps and other outlets throughout the state.
