Colorado Springs Christian School basketball coach Mark Engesser hates losing. Can't stand it. His desire to win coupled with his players' hard work and motivation helped the Lions come away with the Class 3A state championship last March.
A Colorado native, Dan Mohrmann has been involved in the Colorado media scene since his early days as a writer for CU's The Campus Press. He has served on the CHSAA Hall of Fame selection committee and is a current member of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame selection committee. Dan is also a contributing editor for Mile High Sports Magazine and also contributes to MaxPreps and other outlets throughout the state.
