AURORA — Brighton won the Dave Sanders Softball Tournament on Saturday with a 6-5 win over ninth-ranked Grand Junction Central.

Also from Saturday: Grand Junction Central beat Mountain Vista 9-1, Fruita Monument topped Smoky Hill 7-3, Brighton beat Columbine 11-5, and Columbine edged Mountain Vista 7-6.
