Photos: No. 10 Ralston Valley baseball sneaks past Dakota Ridge

ARVADA — Tyler Phillips threw a complete-game shutout as No. 10 Ralston Valley baseball edged Dakota Ridge 1-0 on Tuesday.

Phillips allowed just four hits, and struck out three against two walks in seven innings.

The Mustangs’ Levi Leisenring hit a solo home run in the second inning to account for the game’s only run.

Dakota Ridge pitcher Carter Akerfelds had an outstanding game, allowing just the one run on three hits and a walk. He struck out seven.
