Cheyenne Mountain setter Holly Huffman has been named a medium-school All-American by MaxPreps.

Huffman was selected to the second team of MaxPreps’ Medium Schools All-American volleyball team on Monday. She becomes Colorado’s second All-American this season, joining Cherokee Trail’s Shannon Webb, who was also a second-team pick by MaxPreps.

Huffman was also a first-team all-state pick in Class 4A earlier this month. The senior had 1,038 assists this season, an average of 11.7 per set. She also had 36 aces, and 135 digs.

Huffman’s 1,038 assists ranked third in the state regardless of classification this season.
