Cotton was a steady presence for the Raiders at the plate in 2014, his junior campaign. He batted .457, hit four home runs and drove in 17 RBIs. He helped the Raiders reach the Class 5A state tournament, where they were eliminated by Grandview in the first weekend.
He is the latest commitment for the class of 2016, which includes his teammate Travis Marr, who announced his commitment to Clemson in July.
