ARVAD — In one of the biggest upsets of the first round, No. 23 Chaparral girls soccer beat No. 10 Ralston Valley in the Class 5A tournament.

Chaparral got goals from Eliot Edwards and Tori Bernabei in knocking off Ralston Valley in overtime, which advanced to the 5A title game a season ago.
