ARVADA — Cody Noel and Kyle Valdez each scored two goals as No. 1 Ralston Valley hockey beat No. 6 Lewis-Palmer 6-1 on Tuesday in its season opener.

Scott Albertoni made 16 saves for the Mustangs, who also got two assists from Ian Snedden.

Nicholas Roscoe had Lewis-Palmer’s lone goal.
