Mountain Vista boys lacrosse, riding a six-game winning streak, has moved up to No. 3 in this week’s Class 5A boys lacrosse rankings from CHSAANow.com.
The Golden Eagles are 10-2 to start the season, and beat No. 4 Kent Denver last week, 12-8.
Regis Jesuit held onto the top spot in 5A, and continued to be followed by No. 2 Cherry Creek.
After Mountain Vista, Kent Denver stayed at No. 4 and Arapahoe rounds out the top five.
Chaparral is the lone newcomer to the 5A poll this week, joining at No. 10.
In 4A, Wheat Ridge stayed in the No. 1 spot — a position it has occupied since the preseason.
