The Coyotes jumped Mountain Vista following a 3-0-1 week which included a win over then-No. 4 Cherry Creek.
Ralston Valley received all six first-place votes and remained atop the ranking.
The lone newcomer this week was Resurrection Christian, which joined at No. 9.
